  • Pricing and Payment: Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Payment must be completed through our secure payment gateways before order processing.
  • Perishable Goods: Fresh flowers are perishable. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges (see our separate Return and Refund Policy for details).

3. Delivery

  • Delivery Areas: We deliver within specified areas in Karachi and surrounding regions. Delivery availability depends on your location and timing.
  • Delivery Times: We offer same-day or scheduled delivery where possible, but exact times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or other factors. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
  • Recipient Responsibility: The recipient must be available to accept delivery, or arrangements must be made (e.g., leaving with a neighbor or security). We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or refusal.
  • Delivery Issues: If delivery fails due to our error, we will attempt redelivery or offer an alternative resolution at our discretion.
