Thank you for choosing Paradise Flora. We take great care in selecting and arranging the freshest flowers for every bouquet. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and custom-made arrangements, all sales are final.

No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges

• We do not accept returns of any products.
• We do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, recipient unavailability, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with the appearance of the flowers.
• We do not offer exchanges for delivered orders.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Order Issues and Quality Concerns

While we do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order—such as:

• Non-delivery
• Significantly damaged or wilted flowers upon arrival (not due to recipient handling or delay)
• Wrong item delivered

—please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement, store credit, or other resolution where appropriate. We reserve the right to request evidence (photos, delivery proof) before taking any action.

Pre-Delivery Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation or delivery has begun. If you contact us before we start preparing your bouquet, we may consider cancellation on a case-by-case basis, but no refund is guaranteed.
