Thank you for shopping with Paradise Flora. We are proud to offer reliable delivery of our fresh flower bouquets across Karachi. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we currently provide delivery services only within Karachi and select surrounding areas.

Delivery Areas

  • We deliver all over Karachi, including major areas such as Malir, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Clifton, Defence, Saddar, Nazimabad, North Nazimabad, Gulistan-e-Johar, and more.
  • Delivery availability to specific locations or pin codes will be confirmed at checkout based on your provided address.
  • If your area is outside our standard delivery zone, we will contact you to discuss options or inform you if delivery is not possible.

Delivery Options and Timings

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before our cut-off time (typically early afternoon – exact time shown at checkout). Perfect for last-minute gifts!
  • Scheduled Delivery: Choose your preferred date and time slot during checkout (subject to availability).
  • Delivery time slots are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high order volume. We strive to deliver within the selected slot but cannot guarantee exact times.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
  • Some areas may qualify for free or discounted delivery (promotions will be displayed during checkout).
  • Additional charges may apply for remote areas, express delivery, or special requests.

Order Preparation and Freshness

  • All bouquets are freshly arranged on the day of delivery to ensure maximum freshness.
  • Flowers are carefully packaged and transported in temperature-controlled conditions where possible to preserve quality.

Delivery Process

  • We or our trusted delivery partners will hand-deliver your order to the recipient.
  • A valid phone number for the recipient is required for smooth delivery and coordination.
  • If the recipient is unavailable:
    • We will attempt to contact them.
    • The bouquet may be left with a neighbor, security guard, or at the reception (with your prior approval).
    • If delivery is not possible, we will contact you to reschedule or discuss alternatives.
  • Proof of delivery (photo or signature) may be taken for confirmation.

Important Notes

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or failed delivery. You are responsible for providing accurate details.
  • We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, road closures, weather, recipient unavailability).
  • For hospital, hotel, or restricted access deliveries, additional instructions are recommended.
